Shipping Timeframes
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. This is added to shipping and not included in shipping estimates.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs
- United States and International is calculated based on carrier suggestion. UPS orders in the US are subject to 2% handeling fee
Order Processing
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Issues
- While we strive to ensure your package arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping for calculated rates. Please note that international delivery times vary and are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
- Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Not Allowed
- We do not ship to shipping forwarders. This includes but not limited services like Shipito.
- we do not ship to post offices. ie PO boxes unless military.
